Job summary

We currently have a band 5 vacancy within our team.

The successful candidate will work across Trafford Community supporting patients in their own home, residential / nursing home and clinic settings. This post is to cover adult services, though experience in peadiatrics could be offered,

Our caseload includes support for patients with a variety of different clinical conditions for example cancer, dementia, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal conditions and age related illness.

We work closely with our community colleagues across the MDT to provide high quality patient care.

Strong communication and time management skills are essential to allow you to independently manage a caseload, but we will support via clinical supervision, and their will be support from other dietitians and team leads.

Team working skills are also key and we take a whole team approach to supporting and growing the dietitians in the team

  • Registration with HPC
