Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to apply for a staff nurse post band 5 to join our already well established team within Digestive Diseases.
Ward B4/DCU surgical elective is a unit designed to facilitate surgical admissions for a planned procedure in a secure environment.
The post holder should possess excellent knowledge in the field pf pre and post operative care in surgical nursing. Experience essential.
Communications skills are essential to the post.
The successful candidate will work closely with the departmental manager, ward sisters and staff nurses within the team.
As registered and accountable nurse, you will always act in the best interest of the patients and take responsibility for own actions and decisions. You must open, transparent and trustworthy.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering, compassionate care and evaluating the effectiveness

- Registered Nurse
