Job summary
This is a development role with the Apprentice working towards Administration Officer / Safeguarding Admin Officer
The Apprentice will undertake a period of 21 months training, under the direction and supervision of a member of the team.
They will undertake:Level 3 Business Administrationapprenticeship with MBKB training to complete all work based and academic elements to progress through the programme.
Once the Apprentice has:
Successfully completed the Apprenticeship Programme (including the End Point Assessment (EPA)
Achieved all work based competencies, including professional and performance measures
Met all the academic requirements
Has confirmation of the professional award/registration
They will be offered a substantive Admin Officer/ Safeguarding Officer post.
Main duties of the job
To provide efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19(25) Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team.
Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders.
The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service

- Computer Literate, with experience of Microsoft Office Packages
- Hold a level 2 qualification in a written subject
